Our Architectural Committee is key to keeping CCV1 looking beautiful and retaining property values. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in seeking approval for all exterior updates to your property including:
- remodeling/additions
- carport enclosures
- painting
- doors & windows
- fencing/walls
- grading or paving
We have a committee of seven volunteer community members who review architectural requests and work with you to ensure your project meets your needs as well as our CCV1 covenants.
Please complete an Architectural Request Form and email it to Committee Chair Marilyn West at archgvccv1@gmail.com BEFORE beginning your project.
